Timothy Anglin Burgard wrote the introduction to the book Topaz Moon: Chiura Obata‚s Art of the Internment, and is the Edna Root Curator of American Art, the Fine Art Museums of San Francisco.
Kimi Kodani Hill is the editor of the book Topaz Moon: Chiura Obata‚s Art of the Internment, and the Obata family historian.

Tours will meet in front of the M.H. de Young Memorial Museum, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Space is limited, so sign up early! Please have your current NJAHS membership number ready when you sign up.
This free event is open to NJAHS members only.

Great Nature: The Transcendent Landscapes of Chiura Obata will be on display at the M.H. de Young Memorial Museum from September 23 through December 31, 2000.
